There are steps missing or something. The book refers to places to click or selections to make that are not aligned with the console. For example, when setting up the IAM role it refers to a set permissions pages that i never saw. I had the same problem when attempting to configure the DynamoDB. With these problems in mind, it is difficult to follow the guide and get results.Product details

Why 1 star? Because I couldn't give it less!
Not very helpful
Very helpful paper for beginners.
Easy to follow. And it represents each service very well. I could set it up in an almost no effort.
This is not a getting started book. Either the information is out of date, or the author missed quite a few steps. The book breaks down in the Create an IAM Role process. It doesn't list any steps to get to the IAM Console. Had to figure that out on own. Then the steps for Set Permissions, this is not available on the IAM Console.
Go to the web and read online manuals.
To much promotional material.
Also need to relate the AWS terminology to existing similiar procedures.
